Full circle moments
This past weekend, I had the honor of photographing two people who mean so much to me—Kailey and Dylan. Kailey and I go way back, and over the years she’s become such a dear friend. I was lucky enough to photograph their wedding two years ago, and since then, they’ve continued to support me, encourage me, and cheer me on as I’ve grown in my photography journey.
I’m grateful for both of them in different ways—Kailey for her friendship and Dylan (who, true to form, made sure to check my tire pressure after our session—thank you, Dylan!). It’s these small, thoughtful moments that remind me how special it is to have clients who are also friends.
While I’m always thankful for new clients, there’s something incredibly meaningful about photographing people again and again. Repeat clients hold such a special place in my heart, and when those clients are also friends, it’s truly the best of both worlds.
Their session was everything I could hope for—beautiful weather, golden sunlight, and a willingness to let me experiment and try new things. The photos turned out gorgeous, but more than that, I just feel so lucky to have Kailey and Dylan in my life.
