Is the deposit refundable?

No, it is not. The deposit is there as a safety net for the photoshoot - both to protect you and me! It ensures your spot is reserved and stays reserved! The deposit is 20% for portraits and $200 for weddings.

When is the final payment due?

The day of the photoshoot. You are more than welcome to pay before the photoshoot, and if something were to happen, I would gladly refund you the money. Yet, paying the day of the shoot is the best option for us both in the long run.

After paying the deposit, the link to the invoice that will be sent will detail the exact amount that will be due.

Can we reschedule?

ABSOLUTELY! It is totally normal and common to reschedule. Life gets busy, people forget, things don't always work out as planner. If a reschedule needs to be made, it should be made at least 48 hours before the service. That allows me to rearrange my timeline for the day and possible work in another client last minute.

What if the weather is bad?

Super common, totally normal. Kentucky weather is the worst at changing last second, which means I am used to going with the flow. If the weather changes and we need to reschedule or push back the original time of the shoot, I will communicate this with you. The weather app on my phone is probably the most used app -- so I will definitely keep you updated as soon as I know something!
